Every product begins with something that actually needed solving — not a trend, not a portfolio piece. If the problem isn't real, the product doesn't get built.
Strip it down
Features get cut until what remains is the exact thing the tool needs to do. Scope creep is the enemy of focus, and focus is what makes a tool actually useful.
Build in the browser
Everything runs directly in the browser — no installs, no updates, no accounts. If you need a link to make it work, that's already too much friction.
Ship when it's right
Not when it's feature-complete. When the core experience is solid and the rough edges are gone. Quality over quantity, every time.
